Allison Pregler Bio

Allison Pregler, a Z-grade movie critic, is famous for her morbid appreciation of dumb action films and horror movies. Her first review was in late 2009 after becoming famous in their forum. (Under her former handle Obscurus Lupa), she was invited to be a part of on the Channel Awesome team. The channel was online until 2015, at which point Obscurus Lupa Presents turned into Movie Nights. There are two podcasts she hosts on the channel. Both are based on the Charmed series and are co-hosted by Phelous. After a controversial departure from Channel Awesome Allison officially announced on January 20th 2015 that she'd be revamping OLP into an impromptu review show called Movie Nights with an appropriately-shlocky elevator jazz theme. Brad Jones' Jesus Bro! was her debut film. Guest-starring on Midnight Screenings is a regular occurrence. The show reviews horrible movies geared towards children, RiffTrax and live shows. There are also times when it features adult humor. The first time she reviewed movies was in 2009. Following her rise to fame on the Channel Awesome forums, she was asked to join the reviewer family. She's been featured in numerous Channel Awesome series, from Atop the Fourth Wall through Phelous & the Movies. She was featured on numerous shows on Nostalgia Critic and was a former member of Channel Awesome's family along together with Doug Walker.
